国际化师资（暑期）培训班是中教国际教育交流中心研发实行“中国教师国际化培养方案”开展的系列项目之一。2017年8月，中教国际教育交流中心邀请北亚利桑那大学选派培训专家来华对由华侨大学和黑河学院选拔推荐的23名教师进行培训。经过在杭州师范大学为期两周的教学法集中培训，教师双语教学能力有了极大提高，教育创新思维也收到了启发，从而促进了中方院校国际化师资的培养。
Faculty training (summer) program is part of CCIEE International Faculty Development Initiative. In August,2017, CCIEE invited one of the most outstanding professors of Northern Arizona University for the training of 23 Chinese faculty members selected by Huaqiao university and Heihe University. After 2 weeks’ Methodology training at Hangzhou Normal University, the participants saw in themselves great improvement of teaching in the two languages Chinese and English and inspiration in their ways of critical thinking, which advances the international faculty development of the participating Chinese universities.

培训结束了，我感触很深，受益匪浅，不仅深度学习了异国的教学方法，领略了Dr. Cretchen McAllister生动有趣的教学风采，而且获得了团队的帮助和鼓励，师德师风得到了升华。在这里由衷地感谢国际学院和教师发展中心的领导和同事，为我们组织了如此优质的培训活动，也希望以后类似的培训机会会延续下去，共同为高校的教学改革创新添砖加瓦。
