我，×××,为继续1+2+1项目2008年春季学期学习，同意遵守以下条款：
• 我会预习将要上的课程并积极参与课堂活动、专心听课。
• 我将不会超过学校规定的旷课次数。
• 我将使所有课程的成绩都达到C或更高，提高我的时间管理和英语学习
• 我将按照以下方法来提高我的英语水平：
1） 参与同伴间的英语对话；
2） 每周至少参加一节写作中心英语会谈项目课程；
3） 每周至少去一次写作中心以解决所遇到的问题。
我将在学习其他课程前重修以下课程：×××、×××、×××、×××。如果需要，英语×××可以和这些课程中的三门课程同时学习。
•我将学习课程“×××”，并保证成绩不低于B等。
•我将两周一次和美国特洛伊大学老师×××讨论我的学习进展状况；
•我将同意美国特洛伊大学何额外的条件。
我明白如果我不遵守这些条件，会终止1+2+1项目的学习并需要立即返回中国。
我也明白如果遵守协议的各项条款的规定，我将继续1+2+1项目2008年夏季学期的学习
我更清楚我能否继续1+2+1项目学习以我每年每学期的表现而定。
我同意遵守合同里的所有条款。

CONTRACT FOR EXTENSION IN THE 1-2-1 PROGRAM

Date: January 7, 2008  
I, agree to the following conditions for continuance in the 1-2-1 Program for the Spring 2008 semester:
• I will be prepared for class and will actively participate (pay attention) in class.
• I will not exceed the allowable number of unexcused absences in my classes. 
• I will make an overall grade of C or higher in my classes and make significant improvement in time management skills and English language. 
• I will improve my English language by doing the following: 
(1)  Participating in the Conversation Partners program
(2) Attending at least one session per week of the Writing Center’s ESL conversation program
(3) Attending the Writing Center at least once per week to work on problem areas.
• I will repeat the following courses before I take other courses:  QM 3341, MKT 4462, MKT 4469, IS 3300.  However, as ENG 1102 is needed, that course can be taken with three of these courses.
• I will enroll in TROY 1103 Study Skills and must earn a grade of B.
• I will meet with Mrs. Debbie Davis bi-weekly to discuss my progress.
• I will agree to any additional conditions specified by the Dean of the Sorrell College of Business.
I understand that if I do not fulfill these conditions that I will be terminated from the 1-2-1 Program and must return to China.  
I also understand that if I meet these conditions that I will allowed to remain in the 1-2-1 Program for the Summer 2008 semester under the terms of another written contract. 
I further understand that my continuance in the program is contingent upon meeting the terms of the contract each semester.
I agree to these conditions and will abide by the contract.
