2007年中方学生试读协议

这份合同是中方学生违反1+2+1项目规章制度的解决方案。
我，×××, 为继续参加1+2+1项目，同意下列条款：
•  我明白我的行为会导致停学，但我会通过其他方式来弥补。
•  我明白美国特洛伊大学1+2+1项目规章制度所有人都必须遵守，任何人都不例外。
•  我会遵守美国特洛伊大学1+2+1项目所有规章制度，不会违背或改变这些制度。
•  我明白如果我不遵守美国特洛伊大学1+2+1项目任何一条规章制度，将会受到更多的处分。
•  我明白这次处分只能有一次，任何与事实不符的陈述都会导致我停学。
•  为了继续参加1+2+1项目，我同意由××××老师决定我让到社区工作20个小时。在随后的几周内，我被分配任务的工作情况将证明我的陈述。
我更加明白试读能否继续，依据遵守这份协议规定的情况而定。
我同意以上规定并将遵守这份协议。

CONTRACT FOR CONTINUANCE IN 1-2-1 PROGRAM

Date: 

This contractual agreement is being made in order to resolve past actions that violated 1-2-1 Program regulations/policies.    
I, hereby agree to the following conditions for continuance in the 1-2-1 Program:
• I understand that my behavior/actions could have been resulted in termination in the SEVIS system but that other disciplinary action will be taken for my past actions.
• I understand that the 1-2-1 Program polices of Troy University are for all students and that no one is exempt from following them.
• I will follow all 1-2-1 Program policies at Troy University and will not attempt to ignore/change these policies.
• I understand that if I attempt to disobey any 1-2-1 Program policy at Troy University that further disciplinary action will be taken. 
• I understand that this disciplinary action was taken as a one-time amnesty and that any misleading and dishonest statements about my behavior/actions will result in termination.
• In order to remain in the 1-2-1 Program, I agree to 20 hours of community service to be determined by Mrs. Debbie Davis.  In the next few weeks, my exact assignment will be discussed with me. 
I further understand that my continuance in the program is contingent upon meeting the terms of the contract.
I agree to these conditions and will abide by the contract.
