    按照20 USC 1232g（联邦家庭教育权和隐私权）和任何相似州立法律的要求，为把我学业信息提供给我所在的中方大学，我也授权美国特洛伊大学把我的学业记录提供给中教国际教育交流中心。

    我明白我的学业记录仅由美国特洛伊大学和我所在的中方大学保管，不能出于任何目的公开我的信息给中国和美国的任何院校和个人。

RELEASE OF ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS

I, __________________________________, a student at Troy University in the 1-2-1 Program, hereby provide written authorization, as required under 20 USC 1232g (the Federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act) and any similar state law, for Troy University to release my academic records to my partner university.  I understand that my Chinese university will be notified of academic actions on the part of the university concerning me.

I also hereby provide written authorization, as required under 20 USC 1232g (the Federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act) and any similar law, for Troy University to release my academic records to the China Center for International Education Exchange (CCIEE) solely for the purpose of distributing the records to my Chinese university.

I understand that my records are solely for the partner universities (Troy University and my Chinese university) and that the information is not be publicly disseminated to any other institution or individuals either in China or in the United States for any purpose.
